Granary Green will host a family celebration for Colombian Independence on Sunday, July 19, inside The Granary complex in Ralston.
The event will begin at 1 p.m. and will feature live music, dancing, traditional food, drinks, Colombian specialty coffee, cacao and chocolate. Admission will be free for children and adults.

Granary Green is located at The Granary, 7401 Main Street, in Ralston. The outdoor space is part of a complex used for concerts, community gatherings and family events in the Omaha metro area.
The celebration will take place one day before Colombia’s official Independence Day, observed every July 20. In Nebraska, the event will bring together families, friends and residents interested in sharing Colombian music, food, coffee and traditions.
Music, food, coffee and Colombian cacao
The program includes live music, dancing, Colombian food, drinks, a coffee party, Colombian specialty coffee, cacao and chocolate.
Coffee Is Our Religion, a Lincoln-based brand focused on Colombian coffee, cacao and artisan products, will take part in the event. Coffee will be one of the central elements of the celebration, along with Colombian food and cultural expressions.
The event will also create a family-friendly space to share Colombian flavors, traditions and music at Granary Green.
