Fiesta Latina begins at 10 a.m. Sunday in Grand Island, with a 2 p.m. parade, two performances by 512: The Selena Experience and free parking at the fairgrounds.

GRAND ISLAND, Nebraska — Fiesta Latina will bring a full day of Latino music, mariachi, folkloric dance and cultural performances to the Nebraska State Fair on Sunday, Sept. 6, in Grand Island.
Activities begin at 10 a.m. with a Cruise-In Car Display and performances at the Pump & Pantry Party Pit. The Fiesta Latina Celebration Parade begins at 2 p.m., followed 30 minutes later by the first of two performances from 512: The Selena Experience.
The Selena tribute will perform at 2:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.. Other performers scheduled throughout the day include the Hispanic Arts Center of Omaha, Mariachi Los Caballeros, Grupo Folklórico Sangre Azteca, Grupo Folklórico Belleza de Nuestra Tierra, Flaki Danca and Alfredo Herrera, El Cachanilla.
Fiesta Latina entertainment is included with regular Nebraska State Fair admission. Adults ages 13 through 59 pay $12, while youth ages 6 through 12 and adults age 60 or older pay $6. Children age 5 and younger enter free.

512: The Selena Experience performs at 2:30 and 7 p.m.
512: The Selena Experience will take the Pump & Pantry Party Pit Stage twice Sunday.
The first performance begins at 2:30 p.m., shortly after the 2 p.m. Fiesta Latina Celebration Parade. The group returns for a second show at 7 p.m.
The tribute production performs music associated with Selena, including songs such as “Como La Flor,” “Amor Prohibido,” “Si Una Vez” and “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom.”
Both performances are included with Nebraska State Fair gate admission and do not require a separate entertainment ticket.

The current Sunday schedule spans two Nebraska State Fair stages, along with a car display and afternoon parade.

- 8 p.m.: Alfredo Herrera, El Cachanilla.
The Earl May stage will also host the Chicken Calling and Rooster Crowing Competition at 5 p.m.
The Hispanic Arts Center of Omaha will perform twice during the day, while Grupo Folklórico Belleza de Nuestra Tierra will represent Kearney with its 3 p.m. performance.
Fiesta Latina is included with Nebraska State Fair admission
There is no separate admission charge for the Fiesta Latina performances.
Regular Nebraska State Fair gate prices for Sunday are:
- Adults ages 13–59: $12.
- Adults age 60 and older: $6.
- Youth ages 6–12: $6.
- Children age 5 and younger: Free.
Fairground gates open at 7 a.m., while vendor and entertainment buildings generally begin operating at 9 a.m.
Sunday also includes other Nebraska State Fair entertainment outside Fiesta Latina. HARDY with McCoy Moore is scheduled to perform at 7:30 p.m. at TD Landing and requires a separate concert ticket.

Parking and the Sam’s Club shuttle are free Sunday
The Nebraska State Fair does not charge for parking in its public lots.
Free parking is available near the west entrance at 700 E. Stolley Park Road and the east entrance at 1203 S. Stuhr Road.
Accessible parking is available in designated areas, subject to space availability.
Visitors can also park at Sam’s Club, 1510 N. Diers Ave., and use the free shuttle to the fairgrounds.
Buses begin operating at 9 a.m. and leave the Sam’s Club parking lot at the top of each hour. Return buses leave the fairgrounds at the half-hour from Gate 5A near the 4-H and FFA Building.
Sunday shuttle service continues until 11:30 p.m.
