Grand Island will host Atlanta and Minnesota
LOVB Nebraska returns to BigIron Events Center in Grand Island for two matches: January 23 against Atlanta and March 13 against Minnesota. The team played before a sold-out crowd of more than 5,000 at the venue during its March 7, 2026, victory over Salt Lake.
Lincoln will host LOVB Miami on March 27 at Bob Devaney Sports Center. Four former Huskers — Jordan Larson, Lexi Rodriguez, Rebekah Allick and Lindsay Krause-Wildeman — are scheduled to play there as LOVB Nebraska teammates.
The match will bring Larson back to a familiar Nebraska volleyball venue, although she played her college career at the NU Coliseum. Nebraska’s volleyball program moved to the Devaney Center in 2013, after Larson’s playing years with the Huskers.
LOVB Pro expands to 10 teams and introduces conferences
LOVB Nebraska will compete in the Eastern Conference alongside Atlanta, Madison, Miami and Minnesota. The Western Conference includes Austin, Houston, Los Angeles, Salt Lake and San Francisco.
Miami, Minnesota, Los Angeles Orbit and San Francisco Signal are the league’s four expansion teams. Nebraska will face all nine opponents during the regular season.
Each club will play its four conference opponents three times and its five nonconference opponents twice. That produces a 22-match schedule for each team and 110 regular-season matches across LOVB Pro.
The league also announced 15 national broadcast windows on USA Network, scheduled for Wednesdays at 7 p.m. CT, with every team featured at least once. Match-specific television assignments and additional broadcast partners will be announced separately.
